AHA understands your individual needs to maintain your daily activities and enjoy your independence while living in your own home and do things the way you prefer, around your own schedule.

1. Meet and Greet: Set up free in-home visit.
2. The Custom HomeAide Plan: A special care plan is created for you.
3. Follow-up to Action: Go over the plan and make necessary changes to meet your needs.
4. Matching the Caregiver: We match you with the most appropriate caregiver.
5. Supervised Care Coordinator: Case managers make unannounced visits to ensure our caregivers are following the care plan.
