Qualifications
Experience
One or more years of experience as a Companion Care HomeAide/Companion Care Provider preferred. Must demonstrate a compassionate nature and posses strong interpersonal skills. Ability to adhere to time and attendance policies. Ability to carry out tasks in a professional manner. Must possess strong interpersonal skills. Ability to effectively provide information to and from appropriate individuals (including but not limited to clients, supervisors, co-workers, family members, providers) via strong communication skills, proficiency in the English language may be required.
Education and Other Requirements
Certified Medical Assistant or Home Helath Aide certificate highly desired. High School Diploma, GED or educational equivalent preferred.
Must have valid driver license, good driving records. Excellent organizational skills required, and ability to exhibit empathetic communication style to residents, families and co-workers highly desirable. WIlling to demonstrate passion and ability to work with our clients.
