1. What is a Personal Concierge?

Personal Concierge Services are the solution to balancing work and home. We can help you organize anything that you do not have the time or the patience to do yourself. We are a personal shopper, consultant, errand runner and event planner, and are capable of handling any task allowing our clients to enjoy more time to do the things they value most.

2. Can AHA arrange for occasional transportation to doctor’s appointment?

We will reply to your requests within 24 hours.

3. How much do you charge for Personal Concierge Services?

Our fees are $65 per hour, and bill on 30 minutes increments. There is no minimum. Weekend Rates are $95 per hour based upon availability.

4. When does the hour start, if the services are paid by the hour?

All rates include start time from client’s home, place of business or requested service area as long as within 10 miles of our office.

5. In the hourly rate, are materials, expenses and taxes included?

No, client is responsible for paying all additional charges on top of the hourly rate.

6. How are the additional charges listed?

Personal Concierge Services will provide receipts for all hourly charges and all additional service charges within 1 (one) business day after completion of service.

7. Do you have a Privacy Policy?

All personal and credit card information collected by A-HA Personal Concierge Services will remain confidential. We do not sell or share any information about our clients. We are discreet and confidential about our dealings with our clients.

8. I travel frequently and my work is very time consuming. Do you have someone available to do errands such as pick up dry-cleaning, schedule appointments, pick up mail, and stock my fridge upon my return?

9. I have a home that I leave vacant from time to time. Would you be able to maintain the property? 

We would be able to assist with maintenance and monitoring of your property while you are not at home. In the event of a natural disaster, we are only a phone call away to ensure that your home is secure. Upon your return remember to use our “Summer Time” Concierge Services.

10. How do I earn free Personal Concierge Hours? 

You can earn free concierge hours each time you refer a friend or a colleague!

You will not only be giving the gift of time to your friends, but also you’ll earn valuable time saving rewards when they become a client.

The kindest gift we receive from our clients is a referral. To say thank you, AHA Auxilio-HomeAide Concierge Services referral program provides one free hour of service added to an existing concierge account for every new client you refer to us. Your free hour will be issued after the person referred had completed payment for service and is good for up to 60 days after being issued.

11. How can I buy Gift Certificate?

Give the gift of time! What a great gift idea for new mothers, someone recovering after an illness/surgery, a frequent traveler, a stressed-out spouse, a special friend that needs some organizational help or someone you think just would like some extra time to enjoy life.
